Brückner Textile Showcases AI-Enhanced Production at ITMA Asia + CITME 2024

Brückner Textile, a leader in textile finishing technology, showcased its latest advancements in artificial intelligence and sustainability at the ITMA Asia + CITME 2024 exhibition. During an insightful interview, Alex Mandel, Sales Manager at Bruckner Textile, discussed the company’s commitment to innovation and its unique approach to process optimization.

“At Brückner, we are integrating artificial intelligence into our manufacturing processes through our expertise software process optimization tool,” Mandel explained. “This tool allows us to create a digital twin of the machine, enabling customers to optimize their processes without interrupting production. In just 5 to 10 minutes, we can analyze and refine settings on a computer, streamlining operations significantly.”

Mandel highlighted the growing global emphasis on cost reduction in textile processing. “Our proprietary heat recovery and air purification systems are designed to save energy and reduce operational costs. We are the only supplier worldwide that manufactures these systems in-house,” he said. “Our latest innovation includes fully automated cleaning devices for these systems, eliminating the need for manual maintenance and further decreasing labor costs for our customers.”

Emphasizing the company’s commitment to quality, Mandel stated, “All our machines are 100% made in Germany. This dedication to local production ensures the highest quality standards, reinforcing our reputation in the industry. We believe that maintaining control over our manufacturing processes is essential for delivering value to our customers.”

Looking to the future, Brückner Textile continues to prioritize collaboration with its customers to drive further developments in textile technology. “We are committed to staying one step ahead by working closely with our clients to provide them with the best possible solutions for their production processes,” Mandel added.

Brückner Textile’s innovations not only enhance production efficiency but also align with the industry’s increasing focus on sustainability. As the company moves forward, it aims to lead the way in developing cutting-edge technologies that meet the evolving needs of textile manufacturers globally.
