Benninger Partners with Grupo NS in Brazil

Benninger AG has strengthened its presence in Brazil through a new partnership with Grupo NS, a leading specialist in the Brazilian textile industry. The collaboration combines Benninger’s advanced textile wet processing technologies with Grupo NS’s local technical expertise, customer support, and service infrastructure.

Brazil is one of the largest textile markets in the Americas, with manufacturers increasingly investing in technologies that improve productivity while reducing environmental impact. Through the partnership, Brazilian customers will gain easier access to Benninger’s complete portfolio, supported by local training, spare parts, automation services, and long-term technical assistance.

Partnership Expands Local Support for Brazilian Textile Mills

Benninger offers a comprehensive range of continuous and discontinuous wet processing solutions, including singeing, preparation, washing, mercerising, Cold Pad Batch processing, jet dyeing, and jigger dyeing for woven, knitted, and technical textiles. The company focuses on integrated production systems that combine machinery with automation, chemical preparation, fabric handling, and process control.

These solutions are designed to improve fabric quality, increase first-pass production rates, enhance manufacturing flexibility, and reduce water, energy, and chemical consumption. Additional technologies such as heat recovery, water recycling, and caustic recovery systems help lower operating costs and support more sustainable textile manufacturing.

Grupo NS, which has decades of experience serving Brazil’s textile sector, will support customers with project evaluation, technology selection, process optimization, and after-sales service.

“Our cooperation with Benninger allows us to offer Brazilian customers a stronger portfolio, deeper process expertise, and reliable local support,” said Rogério Esau, Director of NS Química.
