Performance Data:

1. Provides a high standard of lubrication to All fibre reducing

fibre to fibre and fibre to metal frictional properties and minimising fibre damage.

2.excellent anti-static properties giving control of the fibre through processing.

3. Provides good inter-fibre cohesion.

4.entirely free from any mineral oil and is readily soluble in water.

AMOUNT TO APPLY: We recommend applying 1.8% to 3% product on the weight of the fibre, applied as a solution in water. Solutions of any convenient dilution can be used, formed by simply stirring the oil into water.

PERFORMANCE DATA: Imparts excellent anti-static properties when applied at the recommended amounts, giving control of the fibre during processing.

Imparts a scroopy (harsh) handle to fibre.

Non-oxidising and resistant to yellowing.

Inhibited against corrosion of the metals commonly found in textile machinery.

Biodegradable.

Low fuming in heat setting.

SCOURING SUGGESTIONS:

Water soluble, removed with mild aqueous scouring systems.
