VT Garment is Centric’s first customer in Thailand

Centric Software gets its first customer in Thailand!

VT Garment, a leading outdoor and sports apparel manufacturer of Thailand, has successfully embraced Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution.

Amidst continual pressure to increase speed to market, the apparel firm not only adopted Centric 8 PLM, but also implemented it successfully in just 8 months. In the process, VT Garment became Centric’s first customer in Thailand.

Delighted over the success, Mingkwan Lotharukpong, Product Development Division Manager, VT Garment, averred “We are very delighted with the Agile DeploymentSM process, as it has enabled us to visualise and learn about the system quickly.”

While applauding Centric Software for its support, Mingkwan said “The Centric team provides solutions to every scenario that we face. The consultants are professional and always respond within 24 hours.”

Centric’s PLM solution has helped VT Garment standardise the product development process and also eliminate the duplicate data entry concerns; the Excel-like interface makes it easy for users to understand.

Mingkwan says that the software has now made everything easy for the company to plan actions and manage sample stock, in addition to saving time and increasing cost accuracy.

“We are happy to announce that VT Garment has successfully implemented Centric PLM,” said Chris Groves, President and CEO, Centric Software.
