Turkey which is the fourth in the world in the export of denim, the share of the world market was 7 percent. Turkey’s market share in denim ready-to-wear exports was 4.5 percent. Tunisia is the first place with 54 million dollars in denim exports and Germany is the first with 299 million dollars in denim garment exports.

Continuing to grow in production and consumption, the world’s total denim exports reached 4 billion 910 million dollars. In 2018, Turkey which exported 341 million dollars denim fabric, denim garment exports amounted to 1 billion 666 million dollars.

Demirışık Tekstil A.S, which is one of the most importantly ready to wear exporters of Turkey, began its production in Izmir; the city which is the main door opening to the west, under the name of domestic market trademark SARP JEANS in 1983. DenimKA is one of the experienced denim and non-denim garment manufacturer in Turkey, established in 1990. Now DenimKA is a fashion design and production company who has been producing high quality jeans wear and woven wear garments to well-known brands in Europe.

As we are a design oriented company our skilled style design and fabric R&D teams follow up the world fashion trends, attends to the fashion fairs in order to offer the latest trends to our customers. Our capacity is 200-350K per month according to the stock keeping unit (SKU) and mass, 98.7% on-time delivery for premium, super-premium brands, 3.14% for second quality performance and around 50K for our samples service at the development centre.
We are currently offering a capsule service for our customers, referred to by some as “NOOS”, “entry-price programme”, “replenishment” or “carry over” etc.

DENIM VILLAGE was established in 2001 and currently works with selected customers from Europe and the USA, UK, Canada, Australia.Our manufacturing facilities are located in Bulgaria and our laundry is in Turkey.

We are located in the middle between Istanbul and the Bulgarian border, which is 1.5 hours from Istanbul and 3 hours from our laundry in Turkey to the sewing factories in Bulgaria.

The cutting work, laundry process, finishing and product development are all carried out at the same Denim Village headquarters building in the European part of Turkey, in the Beyazköy district of Tekirdag. Own Sewing factories are located in Bulgaria.
