Regel™ – the latest innovation from Thai Acrylic Fibre Co. Ltd (TAF) – a part of Aditya Birla Group – is now listed in Textile Exchange’s Preferred Fibre & Materials Market Report.
Textile Exchange, a global nonprofit that creates leaders in the preferred fiber and materials industry, has released its Preferred Fibre & Materials Market Report 2022. The organization defines “preferred” fibre or material as the one that delivers ongoing beneficial outcomes and impacts for climate, nature, and people through a holistic approach to transforming raw fiber and material production systems.”
Regel™ is a recycled acrylic fibre and is the only recycled acrylic fibre in the world with GRS certification. The LCA study of Regel™ fibre shows significant improvement in the environment footprint across the manufacturing process of garments made with it as compared to the one made with virgin acrylic fibre.
