Pakistan to Participate in AllFashion Sourcing Cape Town 2025

Pakistan will be joining the prestigious AllFashion Sourcing Cape Town event, scheduled for July 8–10, 2025. Known as the premier sourcing event on the African continent, AllFashion Sourcing brings together international suppliers, manufacturers, service providers, and buyers under one roof, offering a platform for showcasing the latest trends in footwear, apparel, and accessories.

The event has steadily grown in importance, attracting a discerning trade audience eager to explore fashion-forward collections. In 2024, 91 exhibitors and 1,165 visitors from 10 countries attended the event, solidifying its reputation as a global industry hub. Among the international visitors were key players from Germany, Egypt, India, the USA, Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Mozambique, Ghana, South Africa, and China.

Product categories featured at AllFashion Sourcing Cape Town include:

  • Apparel & Clothing: Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s wear.
  • Home Textiles: Home fabrics, made-ups, carpets, and rugs.
  • Textiles & Fabrics: Thread, yarn, cotton, silk, wool, embroidery, and handicrafts.
  • Leather Goods: Leather garments, shawls, scarves, hosiery, and gloves.
  • Footwear & Accessories: Footwear, bags, belts, hats, fashion jewelry, and socks.
  • Machinery & Auxiliary Equipment: Sewing machinery, auxiliaries, components, and chemicals.
  • Organizations & Associations: Investment promotion agencies, associations, training, education, consulting, and inspection services.

South Africa, as the third-largest employer in the textile manufacturing sector and a key distribution center for the Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries, offers a strategic gateway for expanding trade. The textile industry in South Africa remains a vital sector, with textile and textile products ranking as the sixth-largest import. This makes the event an essential gathering for textile and fashion professionals.

Exhibitors from Pakistan have previously included leading names such as Kohinoor Mills, Alrahim Textile, Nimra Textile, Premium Textile, and many others, demonstrating the significant role Pakistan plays in the textile and apparel industry. Notable visitors to the show in past editions have included major retailers like H&M, Woolworths, Truworths, Pick N Pay, Mr Price, and many more.

AllFashion Sourcing Cape Town continues to grow as a platform for fostering business relationships, showcasing innovations, and exploring new opportunities within the fashion and textile industry. Pakistan’s participation in 2025 reaffirms its position as a key player in this dynamic global market.
