HID Unveils LinTRAK RAIN RFID UHF Tags to Revolutionize Textile Management

HID, a global leader in trusted identity and RFID tracking solutions, is making waves in the textile management industry with the introduction of three groundbreaking models in the LinTRAK RAIN RFID ultra-high frequency (UHF) tag family. These cutting-edge tags redefine industry standards, offering unmatched efficiency, durability, and integration possibilities.

As a frontrunner in trusted identity and RFID solutions, HID has a strong presence in the linen management services sector, leveraging RFID and Cloud services. The latest additions to the LinTRAK RAIN RFID UHF tag lineup demonstrate HID’s commitment to combining compactness and resilience.

The LinTRAK C10S, measuring 10 mm x 52 mm, takes compactness to a new level by being 20% smaller than its predecessor, boasting the best size/reading distance ratio in the industry.

For enhanced sewing convenience, the LinTRAK C15S, measuring 15 mm x 52 mm, introduces a unique feature: a 5 mm zone above the chip. This addresses the specific requirements of linen manufacturers, ensuring a seamless sewing process.

The LinTRAK C15SH, at just 15 mm x 46 mm, is a game-changer as the smallest UHF heat-sealable washable RFID tag available. Its direct heat-sealing capability onto linen items sets a new standard in the market.

Recognizing the varied nature of linens and their attachment needs, HID has engineered these LinTRAK tags to be discreet and unobtrusive. Their small form factor seamlessly blends into linen items without compromising robustness. Crafted for rugged durability, these tags withstand challenging environments, ensuring longevity and consistent performance.

Both LinTRAK C10S and C15S are MR-conditional, making them suitable for use in medical environments. Patients adorned with LinTRAK-tagged linens or gowns can safely undergo MRI scans, ensuring seamless healthcare procedures without any interference or compromise.

HID’s latest LinTRAK RAIN RFID UHF tags signify a leap forward in textile management efficiency, promising a new era of compact, resilient, and seamlessly integrated solutions for various industries.
