Super Absorbent Manufacturer to Exhibit at GENTEXH 2026

Vietnam is one of the fastest-growing economies in Southeast Asia. With an attractive investment climate and competitive operating costs, the country continues to be a prime destination for international business and innovation. Next month, Technical Absorbents (TAL) will once again be exhibiting in the country, this time exploring new opportunities at The Global Exhibition on Nonwoven & Hygiene Technology (GENTEXH 2026).

GENTEXH will bring together leading manufacturers, innovators, and decision-makers from across the nonwoven and hygiene technology sectors, providing an excellent platform to connect with partners, highlight our latest Super Absorbent Fibre (SAFTM) and SAFTM Fabric technologies, and strengthen our presence in the region. The event will take place over three days, from 11 to 13 March, at the Saigon Exhibition and Conference Centre in Ho Chi Minh City.

SAFTM Fibre and Fabric Technologies in Focus

During the three-day event, TAL will be concentrating on building further awareness of its SAFTM product range to various nonwoven market sectors. “The fibres can be converted via several nonwoven processes – for example, airlaid, needlepunch, carded thermobond,” explains Commercial Director Paul Rushton.

“SAFTM is also compatible with a variety of yarn spinning processes. We are seeing a growing number of fibre customers recognising the benefits of incorporating SAFTM into their fibre blends to enhance absorbency. We would welcome the opportunity to connect with converters from Vietnam and other Asian countries during GENTEXH to explore potential collaboration opportunities.

Advanced nonwoven hygiene materials displayed at an international exhibition booth

“We also supply fabrics incorporating SAFTM technology, specifically developed for end-product manufacturers who are unable to convert fibres – and therefore require a finished absorbent material. We offer a wide range of formats — both washable and single-use — suitable for applications including wound care, hygiene products, evaporative cooling garments, and food packaging.”
