NasTex 2026, the Syria International Textile Expo, was held from July 18 to 21, 2026, at the Damascus Fairgrounds in Damascus, Syria.

The exhibition brought textile manufacturers, machinery suppliers, investors, designers, distributors, buyers and technology providers together to explore new products, production solutions and commercial opportunities across the textile, garment, furnishing and interior design industries.

Ready-Made Garments Zone

This area showcased Syrian ready-to-wear collections for men, women and children.

Business Hub

The Business Hub brought investors, government representatives, business councils, entrepreneurs, training organisations and international institutions together.

Its programme included B2B meetings, investment discussions, industrial accelerators, business incubators and a dedicated section for young entrepreneurs working in textiles and design.

Activities Zone

The Activities Zone included the main stage, media areas, hospitality spaces, networking areas and specialised industry discussions.

One of its featured activities was the Silk Experience, an educational presentation introducing visitors to the different stages of silk production.

Ahead of the main exhibition, NasTex organised a strategic panel titled “Reviving the Textile Sector in Syria” during the National Private Sector Conference, known as PSD-2026.

The session was held on June 1, 2026, at the Conference Palace in Damascus. It brought government representatives, industry leaders, investors and international experts together to discuss investment opportunities and the challenges facing Syria’s textile and clothing sector.
