A broad range of line compo- nents and the extremely fle- xible and scalable printer solu- tions from our CHROMOJET and COLARIS printer families allow us to configure most economic production lines for any of our customer’s needs.
Deep penetration paired with bright and brilliant colors are essential for PES and acrylic blan- kets. Whereas CHROMOJET is mostly used in high pile, heavy PES blankets above 400 gsm, COLARIS is offering a broad variety from low pile, light weight coral and polar fleece start- ing at 180 gsm to rashel blan- kets up to 600 or even 650 gsm.
COLARIS is the preferred system for high resolution prints, whereas CHROMOJET would be beneficial for flat colors and low resolution raster prints up to 76 dpi.
Common blanket widths demand for printers of minimum 2.6 m width. Our blanket printers are built in 3.4 m working width. Quiteoftenexistingblanketprint lines are converted from screen to digital printing systems. ZIM- MER AUSTRIA manufactures the printers in a modular system which allows integration into an existing line. A shortened ins- tallation time and a substantial reduction of investment costs are the benefits.
