At Label Expo Europe 2023 we will present six fantastic equipment for converting and high-end embellishment finishing.
The configurations to be showcased are the following:
1) The GE363VJL based under GEMINI platform, set with our unique Digital Embellishment Technology the JDS “Jet D-Screen” and combined with the exceptional well-known CARTES Laser Converting System, which together create a perfect match to ennoble and finish labels with no tools.
2) The GT364WSHJR based under the GT36O platform, set also with the JDS “Jet D-Screen” and tuned up by Semi rotary Flexo, Flat bed Silk Screen and Hot Stamping as well as Semi rotary die cutting conventional units.
3) The GT367WSSHSRH based under the GT36O platform, combining seven units and special devices to embellish labels built by multiple layers aside from peel-off pre-cut windows. This configuration mixes conventional units like; semi-rotary Flexo, Flatbed Silk Screen and Hot Stamping as well as semi-rotary die cutting.
4) The GE362WL based under GEMINI platform, set by the Fastest Dual Laser available in the market and the unique ILC “Invisible Laser Cutting” also seasoned by and automatic workflow system with barcode reading, auto-slit and turret rewinding processes.
5) The GE364VHWR based under GEMINI platform, specially tailored for those short, medium or even long rounds where simple embellishing is required. Equipped with four units; Full & Semi rotary Flexo, Flat bed Hot Stamping and Semi rotary die cutting.
6) Last but not least, our newest low-end Laser converting equipment, the GE361L a more compact but same time effective configuration.
