Biancalani Textile Machinery Advocates for Fewer Textile Exhibitions to Enhance Innovation and Efficiency

During ITMA Asia + CITME, Mr. Rossano Biancalani, President of Biancalani Textile Machinery, highlighted a challenge facing the textile industry: the excessive number of exhibitions worldwide. He emphasized that the sheer frequency of events increases costs and strains resources, limiting companies’ ability to focus on true innovation.

“Reducing the number of exhibitions would allow us to concentrate on research and development,” said Mr. Biancalani. “With events held annually across various countries, such as China, Malaysia, and Singapore, companies face the burden of constant exhibition costs and logistics, which diverts resources from creating impactful, energy-efficient solutions.”

Biancalani remains committed to offering advanced machinery that prioritizes energy savings, enhanced production, and superior fabric treatment. However, Mr. Biancalani believes a streamlined exhibition calendar would allow companies to deliver more substantial innovations, ultimately benefiting both exhibitors and customers.
