Febratex Group is Present at Fórum Eventos 2024

The importance of trade fairs for the recovery of the sector in the post-pandemic period is highlighted by the panel

The 11th edition of Fórum Eventos, held last Monday (29) at the Tokio Marine Hall, in São Paulo, brought together the main names in the events industry to discuss the news and trends in the market. Febratex Group, one of the largest organizers of the sector in Brazil, was present at the event with a panel on trade fairs, highlighting the fundamental role in the recovery of the sector.

The panel, entitled “Trade Fairs”, was attended by Helvio Pompeo Madeira, CEO of Febratex Group, Eduardo Zorzanello, managing partner at Rossi & Zorzanello; João Paulo Picolo, CEO of NürnbergMesse Brasil, Malu Sevieri, General Manager of Emme Brasil / Messe Düsseldorf and Romano Pansera, from RPWorks. The panelists discussed the challenges faced by the sector during the COVID-19 pandemic and strategies for resuming growth.

Hélvio Pompeo Madeira highlighted the importance of trade fairs for the recovery of the economy: “the phrase we can say today is: ‘we survived’! It’s been a tough 20 months, we’ve never been through this before. Overnight, simply being forbidden to work? But the result was impressive. Even with all this insecurity about tomorrow, we show the market the importance of the Event and the Fair, of feeling what I am exposing.”

Pompeo also highlighted Febratex Group’s role in organizing safe and effective events: “Febratex Group has a track record of more than 30 years in organizing trade shows. We have the expertise and knowledge to deliver safe events that meet the needs of our clients.”

The Events Forum 2024 brings together professionals from the sector and is considered the most important meeting for the events industry in the country.
