Savis Delijan Textile Co: Pioneering Excellence in Synthetic Fiber Production

In the year 2010, Savis Delijan Textile Co. emerged as a beacon of innovation under the umbrella of the esteemed East Industrial Group. This visionary venture found its home within the Delijan Industrial zone in Iran. The primary mission of the company was to produce Synthetic Fibers (Polyester Staple Fiber), offering a homegrown alternative to imported fibers.

This strategic endeavour aimed not only to bolster local industry but also to stem the outflow of currency. With an unwavering commitment to quality and sustainable growth, Savis Delijan Textile Co. has flourished, transforming into a local industry powerhouse.

A Remarkable Infrastructure:

The realization of Savis Delijan Textile Co.’s vision materialized through the completion of an astounding project. Spanning an impressive 47,000 square meters, the project’s footprint extended to a building area of 20,000 square meters. This sprawling space encompassed manufacturing, administration services, and various facilities. The company spared no expense, investing € 4 million in foreign exchange and dedicating a fixed investment of 450 billion Rials. This substantial commitment serves as a testament to the company’s dedication to driving the local economy and fostering a culture of self-reliance.

Technological Mastery:

Savis Delijan Textile Co.’s success story hinges on its technological prowess. The company strategically sourced its machinery from the Pacific under the esteemed license of Neumag Germany. The first phase of this technological journey resulted in a remarkable annual capacity of 40,000 tons. This phase focused on producing textile industry fiber, encompassing both hollow and cotton types with a denier of 1.3 and above. The company’s vision extends beyond this phase; the imminent second phase aims to introduce fibers with a denier range of 4 and above. These fibers are poised to revolutionize industries including carpets, blankets, moquettes, and construction materials.

Empowering Skilled Workforce:

At the heart of Savis Delijan Textile Co.’s achievements lies its dedicated and skilled workforce. The company’s initiatives have resulted in the creation of 190 jobs, fostering growth and development. Operating across three shifts, professionals across manufacturing, technical engineering, quality assurance, finance, sales, marketing, and storage domains contribute their expertise to drive the company’s operations forward.

Commitment to Global Quality:

In a world where polyester fibers and cotton types are in high demand, Savis Delijan Textile Co. is committed to producing quality that stands tall on the global stage. With an unwavering dedication to higher technologies and the collective know-how of experts, the company’s board of directors aims to deliver world-class products to the market. This commitment is a reflection of the company’s dedication to excellence and its aspiration to make its mark in the global textile arena.

Customer-Centric Philosophy:

Savis Delijan Textile Co. understands that a customer-centric approach is integral to its success. The company endeavours to craft products that not only compete with foreign counterparts but also offer sustainable growth and unmatched quality. By establishing a direct and interactive relationship with customers, the company treats each customer as a valued partner, working towards shared success and mutual benefit.

Synthetic Fiber:

The Genesis of Innovation: Synthetic Filament’s journey began in 1940 and has since gained a significant foothold in the fiber consumption landscape. The unique nature of these fibers allows for the possibility of blending two or more polymers to create new fibers with desirable properties. The process involves extrusion through tiny holes called spinnerets, resulting in continuous polymer filaments. Savis Textile Co. employs the melt spinning method, a rapid cooling technique that solidifies liquid streams upon contact with a cooled wheel.

• Polyester’s hydrophobic nature enables quick drying and insulating properties through hollow fibers.
• It retains its shape, making it ideal for crafting outdoor clothing for harsh climates.
• Polyester is easily washable and quick to dry, adding to its practicality.

Savis Delijan Textile Co. stands as a testament to innovation, resilience, and commitment to quality. In the heart of the Central Province, this company’s journey from inception to becoming a local industry leader reflects its dedication to shaping a self-reliant economy.
