The 15th International Exhibition of Textile Industry, Machinery and Related Industries was held on June 4-7 from 15:00 to 21:00 at Isfahan International Exhibition.
The opening ceremony of this important event in the field of textile industry with the presence of the director general of the textile office of the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, the general director of industry of Isfahan province, the head of the Yazd Chamber of Commerce, the CEO of Isfahan International Exhibition and the CEO of Zanjan International Exhibition and the participants of this The exhibition was held and a number of economic activists of the private sector were present.
The 15th International Exhibition of Textile Industry will be held with the presence of 80 participants from the provinces of Isfahan, Yazd, Tehran, Zanjan, East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Mazandaran, Alborz, Central and Qom. Also, in the international part of this exhibition event, there are 8 booths from China, India, Turkey and Pakistan as participants.
The visit of the trade delegation of Oman to the Isfahan textile exhibition
In order to expand business relations and mutual cooperation for holding exhibition events, a 30-member business delegation of Oman visited the 15th textile industry exhibition and a memorandum of understanding was signed between Isfahan International Exhibition Company and Nasr al-Doulieh Company as a business liaison.
This cooperation agreement is aimed at developing and strengthening mutual business relations, cooperation in holding and organizing exhibitions, specialized conferences, creating and expanding the business network by using exhibition capacities and attracting foreign investment, facilitating the presence of Omani businessmen in Isfahan exhibitions. The visitor’s and exhibitor’s forms were signed by the parties.
The head of the trade delegation invited the CEO of Isfahan Exhibition to travel to Oman and present a proposal to the Isfahan Exhibition Company to hold exhibition events on the topics of food, agriculture and medicine industries.
Prominent exhibiting companies at Isfahan Textile Fair
Among the prominent brands present in this exhibition are Polyacryl Company of Iran, Iran No Baft, Mahan Delijan silk fibers, Behkosh Sazan fibers, Gostar Yazd fibers, Zagros continuous yarn, Baft Kabir Jazeh, Mandage Textile Industries, Barzan Industrial Group, Ahmad Machinery. He pointed out the Ra’i machine building, the young brothers’ machine building. Also, according to the plan, this exhibition hosted business delegations from Turkmenistan, Oman, UAE, Nigeria, Afghanistan, and Indonesia to visit.
Various subcategories of the textile industry, including raw materials, yarn and fibers, spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, machinery, fabric and clothing, displayed their products, achievements and innovations in different sectors in this exhibition during four days.
Importance of Isfahan textile industry exhibition
Isfahan Textile Industry Exhibition is held every year and has been established in Isfahan since 1972. It should be noted that this exhibition has a strong and essential infrastructure in the province due to the capacities of this province in the field of the textile industry, which even once earned the title of Manchester of Iran for this province. The last period of this exhibition was held in 2023.
Isfahan province started its industrial approach with the formation of textile factories. Therefore, the oldest machine industry in this province is the textile industry. Textile is still one of the advantageous industries of this province.
Considering the capacity of Isfahan province in the textile industry and the fact that Isfahan province is one of the main poles of the textile industry in Iran, it should be possible to take advantage of the capacity of this exhibition.
The main purpose of holding this exhibition is to promote the textile industry of Isfahan province and the country, and not just to deal with economic perspectives; In this event, experts in this industry from different provinces have gathered and exchanged their views and opinions to solve some of the problems and concerns of this industry.
Holding a table of the country’s textile industry in the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce and gathering textile artisans and talking with the senior managers of the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade was one of the goals that was well realized in order to increase the quality of this exhibition event.
