GOTS Joins Textile Industry Representatives and Leaders to Showcase Innovation and Expertise at Texworld Evolution NYC

Lori Wyman, GOTS Representative in North America will be hosting a booth at the highly anticipated Summer 2023 Edition of Texworld Evolution NYC, featuring the combined Texworld New York, Apparel Sourcing New York City, and Home Textiles Sourcing shows and exhibitors in one location. The event is scheduled to take place from July 18 to July 20 at the Javits Center in New York City.

Billed as the “East Coast’s largest sourcing event”, Texworld offers an opportunity for fabric buyers, product development specialists, designers, merchandisers, and sourcing professionals to find the materials and products they need, and to learn about new and emerging trends and technology in the sector.

Texworld Evolution NYC boasts an extensive range of products that cover the entire fabric spectrum, catering to diverse needs and preferences. From casual cotton to functional fabrics, attendees can explore an unparalleled array of options. Additionally, Apparel Sourcing New York City provides direct access to suppliers specializing in ready-to-wear for men, women, and children, as well as accessories.

With over 60 product categories and exhibitors from around the world, including pavilions from Korea, Taiwan, and Uzbekistan, attendees can easily discover ethical and sustainable products, small-scale manufacturers, and North American suppliers. Visitors can also participate in interactive workshops, attend home-specific educational seminars, and stay up to date with the latest home textile trends.

Lori will be on hand to connect with visitors, share GOTS information and materials and give attendees advice about the first steps they can take towards GOTS certification. “Texworld NYC is an unparalleled opportunity to meet business leaders and entrepreneurs who are interested in incorporating organic textile certifications into their material sourcing. I am looking forward to talking to many attendees about how GOTS can be part of their sustainable supply chain.”
