Trützschler Nonwovens Has Proven itself in The Market Once again

The high-capacity carded-pulp concept industrialized by Voith Paper and Trützschler Nonwovens has proven itself in the market for three years now – and makes the dream of sustainable and cost-efficient high-quality baby wipes come true. You can convince yourself of it at the Index in Geneva next week.

Trützschler Nonwovens and Voith teamed up their unique experience and knowledge to create the wet-laid-Spunlace (WLS) and CP lines. We simply combined the best of two worlds: one layer of cost-effective short pulp known from papermaking wet-laid process and a second layer of viscose or lyocell fibers from our NCT high-speed card.

Trützschler Nonwovens Has Proven itself in The Market Once again

These lines are perfectly configured and synchronized – and they all meet challenging market demands. Our satisfied customer started the first high-performance industrial scale CP / Spunlace line in the world already two and a half years ago. With his second CP line which will be put in operation soon, he will demonstrate that it’s possible to change the market for more sustainable products.

Get more information at our joint booth no. 1641 at the Index in Geneva next week – and convince yourself of the suitable concept for your existing or a new line.
